How to lose that bloating feeling in your Tummy |

Even got that bloating feeling? |
Bloating has several possible causes. It could either be a problem with your food digestion, or it could be a build
up of gas in your stomach.If it's given you a lot of concern, the best thing for you to do is to call your doctor.
But until you can, we give you ways on how you can help yourself lose that bloating feeling.
Watch what you eat. What you need to do is to take note of what you eat for at least two weeks. If you keep track
of what you've been eating, it will be easier for you to point out which food triggers your bloating.
Know which food make you feel bloated.
(1) Dairy products. Are you lactose intolerant? Some people can't take milk easily. If you turn out to have this
condition but you still want your glass of milk, there are lactose-free milk products you can get on the grocery.
Read the labels
(2) Beans, broccoli, cauliflower, and high-fat foods cause bloating.
Over-the-Counter Drugs:
But make sure you don't have an allergic reaction to these drugs. If you are lactose intolerant, Lactaid tablets
can help you. They break down the sugar in milk.
If you're having problems with your veggies, take anti-gas aids.
Know when to consult with your doctor:
If your bloating feeling is often accompanied by cramps, gas, and frequent constipation or diarrhoea, it must be
time to see a doctor because your bloating could actually be a condition called Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you turn out to have this condition, there is a need for a lifestyle change as well as
medication.
